Topic: Managing the Many Touch Points of Service

The ICSA Georgia Chapter presents a panel of Top-Notch Customer Service Managers from MARTA, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Marriott, GA Power and CareerBuilder.com covering variety channels of service ‘touch points’. Join us for a lively, real world discussion as experienced managers share their successes, challenges and most impactful best practices from a variety of service perspectives including synchronous forms of communication (i.e. phone, face-to-face, instant messaging) and asynchronous forms (i.e. e-mail and voice mail).

Find out how our expert panel answer questions such as….

  • Do you and if so, how, do you track customer satisfaction for each of the customer touch points your company offers?
  • What differences have you seen with CSAT, Sales Close Rates and Costs after launching Chat with your customers?
